Prostate Cancer Symptoms
Prostate cancer happens when cells in the prostate — a walnut-sized gland that produces seminal fluid — grow abnormally. It's the most common malignancy in American men, most often diagnosed after age 50.
Symptoms include frequent, sometimes urgent, need to pee and loss of bladder control (urinary incontinence). Other symptoms are back pain and erectile or ejaculation problems.
